Party of The Week
The New York social circuit is never short of parties, and more often than not, some of them go down as not so memorable. However, when Stephanie Watine Arnault, Founder, and CEO of Clos19, held three intimate exceptional dinner parties in one evening last week, to celebrate the brand’s U.S. launch, they were collectively a huge success. What else would one expect, when the dinners were co-hosted with Vanity Fair’s Derek Blasberg, fashion designer Heron Preston, and Visionaire co-founder Cecilia Dean?
Clos19 is the first dedicated luxury champagne, wine, and spirits shopping platform of its kind. Championing the art of hosting, the design-led brand provides consumers with access to* and the opportunity to learn about the exceptional products from the LVMH Group‘s champagne, wine, and spirits houses. It uses the digital world to communicate in a contemporary and playful way the values of the art de vivre, always putting the consumer at the heart of the experience.
The star-studded guest list included, Heron Preston, Xin Li and Lyor Cohen, Daniel Arsham, JiaJia Fei, Simon Spurr, Nicole and Michael Colovos, Michael Xufu Huang, Marina Testino, Dylan Sprouse, Michael Avedon, Maria Buccellati, Lucrezia Buccellati and David Wildenstein, Jordun Love, Corentine Huard, Johnannes Huebl, Duckie Thot, Maria Borges, Paloma Elsesser, Coco Baudelle, Kyle Demers, Yara Flinn.
The evening commenced with an introduction to a range of champagnes from the Clos19 portfolio, Ruinart Blanc de Blancs, Moët & Chandon Rosé Grand Vintage 2008 and Veuve Clicquot Demi Sec which were all paired with hors d’oeuvres including Maine lobster and a Braised short rib tartlet. Jack Studios was beautifully transformed to take guests on a sensorial journey with stunning, fragrant floral, eclectic music, and intimate lighting while highlighting the New York City Skyline.
Stephanie Watine Arnault welcomed guests to the launch event and showcased a short film created by Academy Award Nominee filmmaker Mike Mills, which is part of the new Clos19 Ad campaign entitled “Bring them In”. One of the aims of Clos19 is to inspire memorable moments by bringing circles of friends together and enhance opportunities for genuine connection, which is beautifully illustrated in the film and Ad campaign.
