How To Achieve that famous “Cooper Look”

A Tailored Man

Who on earth are designing Anderson Cooper’s suits? I’ve been wondering about this for years, and now I need answers. At times, I suspect these stylish garments that we’ve all tuned in to watch on AC360 (of course, we appreciate and like his reporting style too) are the works of the talented Ralph Lauren, Thom Browne, and perhaps even Tom Ford? Somehow, I suspect that Ralph Lauren is his go-to primary fashion designer. Inquiring mind wants to know.

Classic American Style at its Best

Joseph Abboud’s Classic Tuxedo
The British have Savile Row, and Italians are well known for their fashion savor fair, and everything sartorial. And in America, we have some of the most trail blazing fashion designers. Joseph Abboud has long been recognized as having his own brand of classic style, and is by large a “style guardian”. In 1981, he began working along side the American Style Icon Ralph Lauren, and thus started his namesake label in 1986.

Joseph Abboud has furnished everyone from athletes, musicians and businessmen to everyday Men of Style (such as myself). His unique style is classic but still very relevant to American Fashion. In February 2013, I will look forward, once more, to the spin he puts on American Style during Fashion Week in New York!

The Weekender: The Fall Guy

The days are getting a bit shorter, and the nights a bit more longer, and you know that now is the time to officially put those summer clothes away and start putting together your fall wardrobe. This weekend, I’ve been thinking about the men’s fall fashion, and how beautiful they all seem. So to me, it’s only fitting to introduce these admirable designers whose elegant style have been a hallmark of what men’s fashion is all about. Bon weekend!
